Luennon tiivistelmä:
The climate emergency is disrupting a fundamental ability to project how the environment will act over time based on established patterns. Rapidly faltering projections are colliding with the perilous realities of emergency response, particularly to wildfires. This talk considers climate futures in terms of horizoning, a mode of thinking that considers unnatural disasters against a horizon of expectation in which we can still respond.
